How the estimate is built

The range is our current per square metre rate for each job type, multiplied by your size, plus a removal allowance if old concrete has to come out, plus 15 percent for a sloped or tight site. It does not include council application fees for a non standard crossover or extra drainage. For a fixed price we need to see the site, but this number will be close.
